Excitement!
We re-open on 12th April
We cannot express how happy we are to be opening again tomorrow, there simply aren't enough emoji's to convey the feelings!
As well as surviving as a small business, we have a very exciting new treatment coming soon - KEEP YOUR EYES PEELED.
More details over the next few weeks.
Just a few things to remember when contacting us, primarily:-
Appointments need to be made in advance, 'no walk in' appointments available.
When you contact us your call, text or email, is diverted to a therapist not working in the clinic on that day. If your call cannot be answered immediately, PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE, with your name and enquiry details, spoken slowly. We will answer your enquiry with 24hours.
You can collect any products you require when visiting us for an appointment or order your products for delivery straight to your door.
Orders will be delivered on a Friday, so please order by Monday to get your products delivered on the Friday of the same week.
When Coming for your Appointment
Please arrive no sooner than 5 minutes before your appointment time. The clinic front door will be locked whilst we prepare your treatment area, we don't want you having to wait outside, (particularly if it's cold or raining)
We will wear full P.P.E, don't be alarmed - it is us underneath all the masks and visors!
We ask you not to come to the clinic if you have any of the covid symptoms-high temperature, loss of taste or smell, extreme fatigue, etc. However do contact us a.s.a.p to let us know you won't be coming-we have a long list of customers waiting for an appointment.
Please tell us if you have had covid since we last treated you - we may need to adjust your treatment to allow for any short-term changes to your skin.
We will ask you to fill out a quick health check questionnaire, and will run though your medical history again. Things may have changed for you since we last had the pleasure of your company.
We can offer you drinking water, sadly we may not offer reading material or other refreshments.
Please come to your appointments on your own, (unless accompanying a minor who is receiving treatment).
Bring as few personal items with you as possible.
We are allowing 30 minutes between each appointment for deep cleaning the treatment areas; we ask for your understanding when we need to say goodbye to you - it's very tempting to chat for too long as we haven't seen you for a while!
Lastly, the bit we don't enjoy having to mention - cancellations. Please, please, please - give us 48 hours' notice minimum, if you cannot attend your appointment.
After nine and a half months of not trading, we simply cannot afford to sit idle when an appointment is not attended. You will be charged for a missed appointment.
We have a waiting list of customers desperate for an earlier appointment than the one they have booked in, if you let us know a.s.a.p we can fill your slot with no charge to yourself and rearrange another suitable appointment time for you.

I sincerely hope you all feel a sense of joy and hope for a more 'normal' life as we emerge from our sheltered existence.
To all of you who are also looking forward to restarting your own businesses, I wish you the best of luck.
To those who feel a little discombobulated, you aren't on your own! Many people I've spoken to express a slight nervousness about emerging into the world again. Small steps and before you know it, your confidence will return.
For those who have worked all the way through everything, I hope a holiday in some form or other isn't too far away.
