Opening Date & Safety Measures
We are Currently Awaiting Government Announcement for A Date To Re-Open
Here are the measures we’ve put in place to ensure we can open safely when allowed to do so:
PPE
I’ve ordered all our extra PPE equipment to keep everybody safe – we may look a little peculiar (what’s new?), and the clinic will have had an extra special clean and ‘fumigate’ prior to opening.
Extra Time
We will be allowing extra time in between each customer to allow for sanitisation of our work areas, you may therefore be given strange appointment times i.e. 2.10pm instead of 2pm.
Pre-Payment
Once we get a feel for how full we will be, we may contact you to ask for advance payment of treatments, (unless you have a voucher or pre-paid course), to secure your place and to avoid overcrowding in the reception area, I hope you understand the reason for this.

Double celebration
Hannah and Leanne will be back in the fold!
After a slightly extended maternity leave, due to the 'lock down' Leanne and Hannah will be working with us again on a part time basis – even more to look forward to!
Gift Vouchers
Any gift vouchers which would have expired on or after 24th
March will be extended by 4 months to account for the ‘lock down’ period.

Like many other small businesses these 3 months without income but still with overheads to pay has been hard. Without the government grant we would have closed down.
The grant and furlough scheme has helped – but things are still tight.

What have we been doing ?
The iiaa – International Institute for Ant-ageing - which Environ – Jane Irdale and The Advanced Nutrition Programme are part of - have been running excellent training webinars.
Covering every subject from anti-ageing to acne to hair and nail health each one lasts about 2 hours .
We have enrolled on as many of these as possible to refresh and brush up on our skin care knowledge.
Lynton – the manufacturer of NHS grade Laser and IPL equipment we use in the clinic have also provided very informative training sessions – keeping us up to date with all the latest treatment techniques and advancements.
I've seen quite a few of you from the pavement when delivering your products - which has been a treat!
Worst job? - Learning how to use all this techy stuff!
