Cancellations - In the event that you wish to cancel or re-arrange an appointment, kindly allow 2 working days notice (Excludes Sundays). Regrettably 50% of the treatment costs will be charged should you cancel less than 2 working days prior to your scheduled appointment. Should you be late for an appointment, a full treatment time can not be guaranteed, as this will disturb the following client’s treatment. Cancellations can not be accepted via email or Social Media. A deposit is required for new clients when booking treatments. Deposits may be transferred to other treatments at the discretion of the manager. Important Information There may be contra indications to some of our treatments. Clients with: Heart Conditions, High/Low Blood Pressure, Arthritis, Rheumatism, Diabetes, Pregnancy, Allergies, Epilepsy or any disability, should seek the advice of their doctor before booking.
